Registration Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizing Bureau. The organizer shall retain:

10% of the amount if the cancellation is made before 15/03/2025
50% of the amount if the cancellation is made between 16/03/2025 and 10/04/2025
No refund for any cancellation after 10/04/2025
